What to Expect
The idea is to make the process as easy and tailored to the client as possible. Clients start by browsing our floor plans and choosing one they're most interested in. Then, they schedule an appointment to visit our office and go over the details.If you already have land, bring your land papers. If you have an existing plan but need more help, bring that too. You’re not stuck with one floor plan — we’ll help you build YOUR home the way you want it.
During the planning stage, you can add stories, rooms, driveways, or anything else. Once we get to building, you’ll choose your floors, windows, doors, and light fixtures — and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
We don’t upsell unnecessary add-ons. If you want a custom flooring, it’ll reflect in your final cost, but the goal is for your home to be exactly what you dreamed of.
We handle everything — from clearing the land and drawing up the floor plans, to installing electricity, sewers, and lighting.

When I purchase a home, what am I given?
All of our home are turn key. On a new parcel of land we have electric, sewage (or septic), city water hook-ups, all the way down to the driveway. There is nothing else needed when it is complete.
What types of building plans do you offer?
We have a wide selection of plans to suit any needs you have. By working with you, you will have the luxury home of your dreams.
Are there hidden costs?
No! At Ken Broadwater Homes we guarantee that there are no hidden costs. Once everything is set, there is nothing else that will come as a surprise.
