When you build with Ken Broadwater Homes you are guaranteed a home that is 100% complete and ready to move into. We are your one stop builder for anything your home may need, from site and driveway installation, to custom design plans and lawn grading. We also offer additional services at no extra cost to include assistance finding land, home and land packages, and home building cost estimates.
All of the “Standard Features” included in homes built by Ken Broadwater Homes are fully customizable and may be upgraded upon request. We are also prepared to give estimates for any items not listed. All of our floor plans are fully customizable and may be altered to fit your family’s needs.
